Highway 29 in Shawano County was closed overnight due to an armed man with an axe who climbed a grain silo, making threats about explosives. The Shawano County Sheriff's Office, along with bomb squads from Brown and Marathon counties, responded. The man came down from the silo on his own and was taken into protective custody. The highway reopened after the truck and camper were deemed safe by law enforcement. Authorities have not yet released the man's identity.
