28-year-old man found dead in Hartlepool; two arrested in connection with death. Emergency services attended an address on Wynyard Road after reports of a man who was seriously unwell. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, with a 45-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman arrested in connection to the death. The case is currently being treated as unexplained and a post-mortem examination will take place.
