Love Island star Jack Fowler suffered a severe allergic reaction after being served a chicken cashew nut curry on an Emirates flight, despite informing the flight attendant about his nut allergy multiple times. Fowler was rushed to the hospital at Dubai International Airport and administered his EpiPen. He criticized Emirates for their negligence and called for airlines to take food allergies more seriously.
