Ashtead, a London-listed building equipment rental company, reported a slowdown in revenue growth for Q4, with revenues rising 7% year-on-year to $2.63bn (£2.22bn). Despite the record revenues for the year, the group experienced a 2% drop from the 9% revenue growth in the third quarter. Ashtead shares fell 3.88% to £5,296 in morning trading. The company's US market, its largest, saw a 13% increase in revenues to $9.31bn.
