Amazon Pharmacy has expanded its $5 monthly subscription service, RxPass, to include Medicare patients, providing unlimited access to 60 generic medications, 24/7 access to a pharmacist, and free doorstep delivery to Prime members. The move aims to help reduce Medicare spending by nearly $2 billion annually and lower out-of-pocket costs for older adults. With the expansion, over 50 million more people are now eligible to use RxPass.
