A late-night motorcycle accident on the Bay St. Louis Bridge led to bridge shutdown, multiple responders, and two airlifts to trauma centers.

A late-night accident involving multiple motorcycles caused the Bay St. Louis Bridge to shut down. Harrison County Fire Rescue, Bay St. Louis Police Department, Pafford Ambulance, and Acadian Ambulance Service responded. Two people were airlifted to trauma centers, a third was taken to a local hospital. Traffic lanes have since reopened, and the Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
