Belimed Infection Control, Belimed Life Science, and Steelco have completed the joint venture formation, named SteelcoBelimed. The partnership aims to become a leading market provider, with Metall Zug expecting a CHF 65-70 million one-off and EBIT-impacting book gain. The joint venture was closed on June 7, 2024, following clearance from relevant authorities and the contribution of Metall Zug's Infection Control Business Unit and Belimed Life Science Group.
