The complaint highlights the exploitative living and working conditions of Saudi Arabia's migrant workforce of over 13.4 million people, including wage theft. The ILO complaint comes ahead of FIFA's decision to greenlight Saudi Arabia as host for the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
