Kenyan Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi announced the establishment of a campaign secretariat to support opposition leader Raila Odinga's bid for the African Union (AU) Chairmanship. The secretariat will prepare Odinga for the nominations on August 6 and will be responsible for drafting briefs, producing campaign materials, and organizing a live debate across Africa. Mudavadi highlighted that Odinga's values and leadership align with the AU Commission's principles.
