Wichita's Junior League donates $2M for Water Play Cascades expansion at Exploration Place.
The Junior League of Wichita has donated $2M to Exploration Place for the creation of the Water Play Cascades, an outdoor expansion set to offer a multisensory learning experience and promote teamwork and collaboration. The 5.5-acre project includes pumps and water wheels that require children and adults to work together to activate. The Junior League of Wichita's centennial anniversary is in 2025.
