Syria's Foreign Minister conditions dialogue with Turkey on troop withdrawal from Syrian territories.
Syria's Foreign Minister says any dialogue between Syria and Turkey should only take place after Ankara announces it will withdraw its troops from all Syrian territories. The comments were made during a joint news conference with Iran's acting Foreign Minister, Ali Bagheri Kani, following Turkey's recent threats to act against Kurdish-led authorities in Syria's northeast.
