Wisconsin's bars and restaurants continue to recover from the pandemic's economic impacts, with employment returning to pre-pandemic levels, according to a new report from the Wisconsin Policy Forum. In February, over 203,000 workers were employed in these industries, compared to 202,800 in February 2020. The report, however, notes that lingering issues such as staffing challenges still exist within the sector.
