BlueScope will not purchase Illawarra Metallurgical Coal from South32, instead supporting its sale to new owners Golden Energy and Resources, and M Resources. BlueScope no comprará Illawarra Metallurgical Coal de South32, sino que apoyará su venta a los nuevos propietarios Golden Energy and Resources y M Resources. As part of a 30-year supply deal, BlueScope had the right to approve the sale, or purchase the coal miner at the same price.
