Chinese Premier Li Qiang has assured Samsung that China's mega-market will always be open to foreign companies, emphasizing that foreign enterprises are an indispensable force for China's development. The meeting took place ahead of a summit between Li, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, the first three-way talks by the Asian neighbours in more than four years. Samsung has invested $24 billion in the Chinese market over the past six years.
