Indian fintech companies BharatPe and PhonePe have settled their 5-year trademark dispute over the use of the 'Pe' suffix. The dispute, which involved multiple courts, has now been resolved through a mutual agreement. Both companies have withdrawn oppositions against each other in the trademark registry and will focus on building digital payment ecosystems and growing the Indian fintech industry.
