Pennsylvania Rep. Dwight Evans is recovering after suffering a minor stroke and is currently at an inpatient rehabilitation facility. The 70-year-old Democrat is expected to leave the facility in a week and return to voting in Washington in about six weeks. The stroke has impacted his walking but will not affect his long-term ability to serve in Congress.
