Eramet successfully issues €500M sustainability-linked bonds with 5.5-year maturity and 6.5% coupon. The bonds garnered a diversified investor base, with the order book over 3x subscribed. Aligned with Eramet's new Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework, the bonds are linked to two sustainability targets: a 37% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions intensity by 2026 and a 67% emission share increase.
