Slipknot played their Sonic Temple headlining set without founding percussionist Clown, due to a broken tooth that required surgery. Corey Taylor, the band's frontman, addressed the festival crowd and informed them of Clown's absence, explaining that he had to stay home for medical reasons. Despite this, the band proceeded with their performance, playing a 14-song set to a supportive audience.
