20-year-old Jimena regained her sight after receiving Communion at 2023 World Youth Day in Lisbon. Suffering from a 95% vision loss due to myopia, she attended the event with a group from Opus Dei. Prior to the trip, relatives and acquaintances had organized a novena to pray to Our Lady of the Snows. Jimena now has "a great deal of devotion" to the Virgin and has shared her testimony with small groups in Madrid.
