11th largest US city: Austin falls behind Jacksonville due to slower population growth.

Austin falls out of the top 10 largest cities in the U.S., ranking 11th due to slower population growth. Texas' capital city was at the 10th spot last year, with an estimated population of 979,882, but has been overtaken by Jacksonville, Florida, which now stands at 985,843 residents.
