Former Alabama football coach Nick Saban has asked the UAW to remove his words from their advertisements promoting unionization at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. Saban never endorsed the UAW or its campaign and his comments were taken out of context. The University of Alabama & Auburn University also issued a joint cease-and-desist order to the UAW for using their logos without permission.
