Singapore and the Philippines signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to upgrade and expand international air services. The agreement allows up to 150 weekly code-share flights between Singapore and Manila, increasing from the current 35. The limit will double by March 2026 and be fully lifted by March 2027. The new MOU also removes restrictions on code-share services to other Philippine destinations and flights involving ASEAN or EU airlines.
