10th grader Ethan Hansen of Virginia's District 4 wins the 2024 Congressional Art Competition with his hand-drawn piece "Poker Face." His artwork will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol later this year. Tift County High School student Antron Johnson placed second, while a South Carolina student, Allie Wetmore, won the 2023 Congressional Art Competition for South Carolina's Second District.
