Tracy Morgan will star in a new "The Neighborhood" spin-off series titled "Crutch" on Paramount+. The show revolves around Francois "Frank" Crutchfield, a Harlem widower whose empty nest plans are disrupted when his adult children move back home. The spin-off is executive produced by Cedric The Entertainer, star of "The Neighborhood" and his production company, A Bird and a Bear Entertainment.
