Apple launches Pride Edition Braided Solo Loop watch band in India, part of its annual Pride Collection supporting LGBTQ+ communities.

Apple has launched a new Pride Edition Watch band in India ahead of its May 7 Let Loose iPad event. The Pride Edition Braided Solo Loop, inspired by various pride flags, boasts a striking design with a laser-etched lug displaying "PRIDE 2024." Its colors pay homage to diverse communities, with black and brown representing the Black, Hispanic, and Latin communities and those affected by HIV/AIDS, and pink, light blue, and white symbolising transgender and non-binary individuals. Alongside the band, Apple has also introduced a matching watch face and dynamic wallpapers for iOS and iPadOS as part of its annual Pride Collection, which aims to champion global movements protecting and advancing equality for LGBTQ+ communities. The collection will be available starting May 22.
