Star Wars content, including lightsabers, added to LEGO Fortnite through v29.40 update.

The v29.40 update brought Star Wars content to LEGO Fortnite, including lightsabers. To get a lightsaber, players must complete the Rebel Adventure, where they meet Captain Bravara, who gives them macrobinoculars. Using the binoculars, players find a Rebel Outpost and speak to Captain Bravara again. Lightsabers are not craftable and are given as a reward upon upgrading the outpost.
