Chevrolet hires law firm to investigate IndyCar cheating scandal involving Team Penske's push-to-pass system.
Chevrolet denies any knowledge of the IndyCar cheating scandal within Team Penske and has hired an independent law firm to investigate if any General Motors employees were involved. IndyCar recently discovered that the push-to-pass software system on all three Penske cars was manipulated to override series rules and allow drivers to utilize extra horsepower during restarts. IndyCar has not yet released the data on the issue.
