13-year-old boy killed in hit-and-run incident in Penn Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The Lancaster County Regional Police are investigating the incident which occurred on West Sun Hill Road on Thursday night. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the police at 717-733-0965 or submit an anonymous tip through Crimewatch. The victim's identity has not yet been released.
