1996 murder of Toni Tiki leads to $1m reward and case reinvestigation in NSW.
The NSW Government and NSW Police Force have announced a $1 million reward for information leading to the resolution of the 1996 murder of Toni Tiki. Toni, 26, was last seen leaving a New Year's Eve party at South Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club and was found dead with severe injuries in nearby scrubland on January 5, 1996. The case is being reinvestigated, including forensic testing, in the context of a renewed focus on violence against women.
