52-year-old Sudbury driver Robin Whiteside charged with impaired driving and hauling an unsafe load on Highway 11.

A Sudbury driver has been charged with impaired driving after being stopped by the OPP in Temiskaming Shores for hauling an unsafe load on Highway 11. The driver, Robin Whiteside, 52, was arrested and charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs and blowing over. As a result, he lost his driver's licence for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for seven days. Whiteside is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on May 28.
