19-year-old Jahir Hernandez confessed to killing Javier Palafox-Garcia in retaliation for alleged sexual assault, then ran over the body.
19-year-old Jahir Hernandez confessed to killing 30-year-old Javier Palafox-Garcia in retaliation for an alleged sexual assault four years prior. Hernandez met with Palafox-Garcia at an apartment complex, shot him multiple times, and then drove the body to the 700 block of Patricia Drive, where he stopped and ran over the body. Hernandez later turned himself in to the Davidson County Sheriff's Office.
