A pedestrian was fatally struck by a light-colored sedan in a hit-and-run accident in South El Monte, CA on Saturday at 7:20 a.m. at the intersection of Chico and Garvey avenues. The victim was hit while in a crosswalk, and the driver fled. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact Temple Sheriff's Station or Crime Stoppers.
