Jack's Abby Craft Lagers owners Jack, Eric, and Sam Hendler have purchased Worcester-based Wormtown Brewery, forming Hendler Family Brewing Company, one of the nation's top 10 largest family-owned craft breweries. The acquisition will expand Jack's Abby's production to 110,000 barrels and increase its employee count to over 200, making it the largest craft brewing facility in Massachusetts. Both Jack's Abby and Wormtown brands, along with Jack's Beverage Co., will operate under the new name.
