Dermot O'Leary, co-host of ITV's "This Morning", apologized for accidentally throwing a chocolate-covered coffee bean into fellow host Alison Hammond's mouth during a live segment discussing cakes. O'Leary admitted he was mortified, explaining he thought it was a raisin or similar. Hammond exclaimed the bean was "horrible" and "disgusting," forcing her to spit it out.
