81-year-old Neil Hesse died from injuries sustained in a brush fire he and his son accidentally started while using a grinder on their Cochise County, Arizona property. The fire spread to nearly 30 acres, causing three homes and several outbuildings to be destroyed. The Bowers Fire, now 30% contained, led to evacuation of 15 homes before being halted by the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management.
