Two men were arrested in Mandan, North Dakota on April 21 for being felons in possession of a handgun. A Highway Patrol trooper heard a gunshot and saw a shattered window in their car on Interstate 94. The men were apprehended without incident, and a loaded gun was found inside the vehicle. The Highway Patrol and the state Bureau of Criminal Investigation are probing the incident.
