Holders can exchange their notes for new ones, a cash amount for participating, and a 20% redemption of exchanged notes in cash. The offer runs from April 22 to April 30, 2024. New notes will have a 5.25-5.5 year term to the first reset date, with an 8.625% and 7.875% coupon for GBP and USD respectively.
