23-year-old Petro Bebko was fatally stabbed in the neck in Leytonstone, east London. Police were called to South Birkbeck Road on April 18th and administered first aid alongside paramedics, but Bebko died at the scene. Mykola Yakymets, 34, a neighbor, has been charged with his murder and is set to appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates' Court.
