Nepal is experiencing a rise in fire incidents due to prolonged dry conditions and lack of rain. The increasing heat has destroyed livestock, food grains, and properties in several areas. A fire in Rupandehi district spread to nine villages, destroying 40 houses and killing 39 goats, while another fire in Gulmi district destroyed 28 structures, including houses, shops, and cowsheds.
