Downpatrick police arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of disorderly behaviour and common assault after a report of an assault at a retail premises in the St Patrick's Avenue area on 20th April. The man allegedly threatened and abused staff before an altercation involving a member of the public occurred. Police are appealing for witnesses or any information or footage that could help with their enquiries.
