29-year-old Port Lambton man charged after his truck was struck by a train in Thamesville, Ontario. The incident occurred at 1 a.m. on Base Line Road at Zone 1 Road, with the truck's rear hit and pushed off to the side. The driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. Canadian Pacific rail police investigated and charged the individual under the Railway Safety Act.
