An Indian-origin couple, Shoi Ghoshal and Debashis Chakrabarty, took shelter in a backroom during a stabbing spree in a Sydney shopping center that killed six people. Ghoshal reported being inside a store when they realized something was wrong; she and her husband barricaded themselves with cardboard boxes along with dozens of others. The couple were at Westfield shopping center in Bondi Junction when the attack occurred.
