3 suspects arrested for stealing over $23,000 worth of merchandise during an organized retail theft at an Ulta beauty store in Santa Monica. Six individuals, wearing masks and using sledgehammers, destroyed display cases and stole high-end perfumes before fleeing in two dark-colored vehicles. Police believe the suspects may be part of a larger organized retail theft crime ring with possible gang connections.
