Philadelphia musician Kurt Titchenell sues Grammy-winning artist Jelly Roll (born Jason DeFord) for trademark infringement. Titchenell claims he and his band have used the name "Jellyroll" since 1980, trademarked it in 2010, and it appears 18-20 times before any reference to Jelly Roll the singer in Google search results. Titchenell argues that Jelly Roll the singer is violating his trademark.
