6th annual Skull & Roses Grateful Dead tribute festival in Ventura, CA, has been canceled with no refunds for ticket holders. Organizers cited financial devastation from last year's show, making it impossible to sustain the new production. Festival founder Chris Mitrovich apologized and shared that they had explored every imaginable possibility to save the event but ultimately had to cancel.
