AGN bans filming in riverine areas and boats after actor Junior Pope's death in a boat accident during "The Other Side of Life" filming.

The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has imposed a temporary ban on filming in riverine areas and boats following the tragic death of actor Junior Pope and four crew members in a boat accident during the filming of "The Other Side of Life" at the River Niger Cable Point in Asaba, Nigeria. AGN President Emeka Rollas announced the suspension of the movie and instructed that no one should work with producer Adamma Luke until further notice. Additionally, Rollas declared Thursday, April 11, as a "No Shoot Day" for all filmmakers, ordering a halt to all films involving riverine areas and boat riding.
