61-year-old Teresa Garnett was identified as the deceased woman in a mobile home fire in Vernon on Sunday. Vernon Fire Department and Connecticut State Police responded to a fire at a mobile home community on Middle Terrace, where one trailer was destroyed and the neighbor's house suffered damage. Fire Marshal Wasilewski stated that the construction of mobile homes allows fires to spread quickly. The investigation is ongoing.
