6 months after the murder of former Castleton University dean, Honoree Fleming, the Vermont State Police continue to search for her killer. Fleming, 77, was shot dead on a local bike path near Vermont State University Castleton on 5th October. Despite the release of a composite sketch of a potential suspect in their 20s with red hair, no leads or suspects have been identified. The police ask anyone with information to contact the VSP’s Rutland barracks at 802-773-9101 or submit an anonymous tip online at vsp.vermont.gov/tipsubmit.
