A Kirkland police officer has resigned following an internal investigation into reports of odd behavior towards bikini barista employees while using a city-owned vehicle. The officer was placed on paid leave during the investigation. Baristas reported a black SUV with an exempt license plate, later identified as the officer's vehicle, approaching the stand several times over the past year.
