India's Economic Relations Secretary, Dammu Ravi, is visiting Rwanda, Uganda, and Kenya from April 7-12 to strengthen economic, cultural, and strategic partnerships with African countries. The trip follows the African Union's induction as a permanent member of the G-20 during India's presidency. Ravi will represent India at the 30th commemoration of the 1994 Rwanda Genocide, lead a 35-member business delegation to Uganda to boost trade and commercial ties, and explore agricultural collaboration and investment opportunities in Kenya. The visit reaffirms India's commitment to fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with African nations.
